Diagnostic Value of T－Staging of Gastric Carcinoma with Triphase Incremental Helical CT

Abstract
Objective：To evaluate the enhancing characteristics of the normal gastric wall and gastric carcinoma with triphase incremental helical CT，and the diagnostic value of T－staging of gastric carcinoma.
Methods：Triphase incremental helical CT of the stomach with water－filling method was performed in 101 patients with gastric carcinoma.
Results：Ninety－nine patients were approved by postoperative pathology，the accuracy of T－staging was 81.8％. The accuracy of T－staging of multilayered structure of the normal gastric wall was marked higher than that of monolayer structure in arterial portal venous－phase. T－stage of 7 patient was wrong in the arterial－portal venous－phase but was corrected in the equilibrium－phase.
Conclusion：Triphase incremental helical CT improved the accuracy of T－staging of gastric carcinoma.

本研究旨在评价低张水充盈螺旋CT三期增强扫描正常胃壁及肿瘤的强化特点，及对胃癌T分期的诊断价值。
材料与方法
收集1997年2月至2000年4月胃低张水充盈螺旋CT三期增强扫描101例，其中早期胃癌5例，进展期胃癌96例，所有病例均经手术病理证实。男69例，女32例，年龄35～80岁，平均60岁。 |
