LOW-FIELD MR STUDY OF INTRACRANIAL CAVERNOUS ANGIOMAS

Abstract
Objective:To improve the MRI diagnostic accuracy of intracranial cavernous angiomas.
Method:The MRI data,to have been confirmed by surgical operation and pathological test,of 10 cases with intracranial cavernous angiomas were retrospectively reviewed.
Result:100% local diagnosis and 80% qualitative diagnosis were found in 10 cases.
Conclusion:It is significant in the diagnosis of intracranial cavernous angiomas using low-field MR.

颅内海绵状血管瘤是常见的一种血管畸形,临床上以头痛及癫痫为主要症状,本文通过对1996年-2002年我院收集经病理证实的10例海绵状血管瘤的MRl分析,旨在进一步提高对该病的认识。
材料和方法
男6例,女4例,年龄9岁-67岁,平均46.5岁。临床症状主要表现为癫痫发作5例,以头痛为主4例,视力改变1例。10例MRI平扫后做增强扫描,10例中有3例曾做CT平扫。MRI检查:使用德国西门子Magnetom-Open0.2T常导磁共振仪,轴位:TiWI:TR/TE 为400/15ms,T2WI:TR/TE为3500/106ms。质子密度加权TR/TE:3500/26ms,矩阵256x 256。增强造影为钆喷替酸葡甲胺 0.2mmol/kg。 |
