The nursing care and clinical analysis of transcatheter uterine artery embolization for the treatment of hysteromyoma

Abstract
Objective：To evaluate the c1inical effect and nursing main－points of transcatheter uterine artery embolization(TUAE) for the treatment of hystero－ myoma.
Methods：13 women with hysteromyoma were underwent TUAE.The clinical and nursing data were analysesed， retrospectively.
Results：TUAE were underwent successfully in all of the patients.The rate of apparent effect，utility and inefficiency was occupied 53.9％，30.8％ and 15.3％，respectively.Because of the attentive nursing and lecture in the peri－operation stage，no complications and no mal－responses occurred.
Conclusions：TUAE is a safe，effective and micro－injuried means for the treatment of hysteromyoma.The attentive clinical observation and nursing care can obviously relieve the physical and mental burden of the patients with hysteromyoma.

最近几年，国内外广泛开展了经导管子宫动脉栓塞术(transcatheter uterine artery embolization，TUAE)治疗子宫肌瘤，该技术以其疗效确切、创伤小愈合快、并发症少等优点正在逐步推广[1]。我科于2001年10月～2004年2月采用TUAE治疗子宫肌瘤13例，现报告如下。
