Nursing in Cardiovascular Interventional Operation

ABSTRACT
Object: Based on the experiences we got, how to improve the quality of nursing to avoiding the complications and ensure the security lf the cardiovascular interventional operation in discussed.
Methods: 280 cases of cardiovascular interventional operation from 2003.3-2003.11done in our department were analyzed.
Results: all operations of 248 cases of coronary angiography and 32 cases of PTCA and stent insertion were successful. During operation, 6 cases of bradycardia,7 cases of hypotension, and 4 cases of severe arrhythmia happened.
Conclusion: High quality nursing is not only one important factor of the success of the cardiovascular interventional operation, but also necessary for decreasing the cardiac event during the operation.
